On the morning of October 16th, the International Centre for Higher Education Innovation under the auspices of UNESCO (UNESCO-ICHEI) and DazzleView officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement and smart classroom cooperation agreement among six Asian and African countries. The collaboration between the two parties is commited to promoting the widespread application of ICT and facilitating the digital transformation of higher education in developing countries in Asia and Africa.

During the meeting, the representative from UNESCO-ICHEI comprehensively introduced their smart classroom standards and practical cases and deeply explored smart education solutions that meet local needs from technical specification, software and hardware functions. The representative of DazzleView shared the company's existing standards and product solutions in the field of smart education. Both sides have clarified their intention to cooperate in improving the quality of education and promoting educational equity, laying a solid foundation for implementing smart classrooms.

According to the agreement, both parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of ICT, promoting digital transformation of higher education, and jointly implement cooperation projects such as the smart classroom construction and international business expansion in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Iraq, Zimbabwe, and Zambia. Both parties look forward to continuously exploring new cooperation models and technological applications, promoting the digital transformation process of higher education in Asia and Africa, and jointly contributing to the goals of Education 2030.
