About the IIOE Singapore Training Centre
In September 2025, UNESCO-ICHEI and the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) jointly launched the Healthy Lifestyle Coach Certification (HLCC) program. The initiative aims to promote cross-national collaboration in researching and advancing regionally adaptable standards for healthy living, building a scientific and inclusive framework for health lifestyle assessment and certification, and enhancing global public health literacy through authoritative certification provided by the IIOE platform.
Against this backdrop, UNESCO-ICHEI, in partnership with ILEA, established the IIOE Singapore Training Centre in October 2025. The centre is responsible for implementing, examining, and promoting certification and training programs in key health domains, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, emotion, and cognition, with the goal of cultivating professional talent in the global health sector. The HLCC certification system, powered by the IIOE multilingual AI learning platform, offers standardized and replicable course resources that are internationally recognized and employment-oriented. It is committed to fostering the deep integration of education and public health worldwide, injecting new momentum into achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals — SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being and SDG 4: Quality Education.
