In this regard, the UNESCO-ICHEI (Shenzhen, China) (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") will host the IIOE Open Lecture: "empowering Educators: Unlocking the Power of Generative AI in Teaching and Learning" on November 27, 2025. About the Speaker Dr. Kaushal Kumar Bhagat is an Assistant Professor at the Advanced Technology Development Centre, IIT Kharagpur (India), and Vice Chairman of the Centre for Teaching Learning and Virtual Skilling. He received his Ph.D. from National Taiwan Normal University in 2016 and completed a two-year postdoctoral program at Beijing Normal University. A recipient of multiple prestigious awards, he serves as Associate Editor of AJET, Editor-in-Chief of CET, and is on editorial boards of several reputed international journals. He also consults for COL and UNESCO, with research focusing on AR, VR, game-based learning, online learning, and technology-enhanced learning.
