[Save the Date] Jan 12, 2022: UNESCO-ICHEI Annual Partner and IIOE Meeting

Background

In a world of increasing complexity and uncertainty, UNESCO has stepped up to lead the campaign of reimagining education for better futures. Higher education, as one of the key pillars to advance society forward, is faced with huge challenges in its digital transformation. Looking beyond 2030, working together to build a higher education system with further sustainability, greater inclusiveness and stronger resilience will be our common goal. And the solution is clear: accelerating digital transformation of higher education via a holistic approach.

On January 12, 2022 between 15:30 - 17:00 (China Standard Time), UNESCO-ICHEI, together with the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE) and IIOE's 2021 Presidency Unit, University of Engineering and Technology at Lahore, Pakistan (UET Lahore) is organzing the upcoming UNESCO-ICHEI Annual Partnership and IIOE Meeting. This Meeting seeks to provide a platform for partner High Education Institutes in the Asia-Pacific and other relevant key stakeholders of higher education across the regions to share latest information, showcase good practices, and discuss strategies on the digital transformation of Higher Education. Together, the work of the meeting will contribute to the Futures of Education by UNESCO.
