It expounds upon the development of industrial digitalisation, the demand for talents, the opportunities and challenges of transformation in Central Asian countries. It analyses the reform measures and the challenges confronted in the digital transformation of higher education and reaches conclusions. Moreover, it enumerates the cases of digital transformation in five countries, such as Kazakhstan, offering a reference for understanding the relevant situations in Central Asia.
