On July 31th, the foreign aid programme of the Ministry of Commerce of China, the 2018 Seminar on Management Informatization of Higher Education Institutions for Chad was successfully concluded.
The opening ceremony of “2018 Seminar on Management Informatization of Higher Education Institutions for Chad” was held in Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) on July 13, 2018.
On July 9th, the foreign aid programme of the Ministry of Commerce of China “2018 Seminar on ICT Application in Higher Education for African Countries” was successfully concluded.
Thirty-two government officials of departmental and divisional levels in higher education systems, university senior officials and professors from 7 African countries, i.e., Ethiopia, Egypt, Djibouti, Ghana, Malawi, Cameroon and Botswana, participated in the seminar and studied theories and practices of ICT application in higher education.
