ICHEI signed the strategic cooperation agreement with GTAJune 24, 2019
On June 20, 2019, Prof. Li Ming, the director of UNESCO-ICHEI visited Shenzhen GTA Education Tech Ltd. Dr. Chen Gongmeng, the president of GTA, and his team gave a warm reception. The two sides discussed deeply about the strategic cooperation and signed cooperation agreements. Director Li Ming also experienced GTA smart education exhibition hall and spoke highly of their products.
At the meeting, President Chen introduced the industrial layout of GTA, mainly including financial big data, teenager education and vocational education fields. Now GTA has served more than 2,000 universities and around 4,000 training bases. The two sides held specific consultations on the cooperation on online education. Director Li Ming said, “At present, GTA take their advantages of vocational education to change the rigid classroom education into visualized and interactive, which has effectively solved the problems of insufficient training space, rigid teaching and divorcing from reality. The engineering, information-based training coursewares and interactive training resources developed independently by GTA are just the urgent need for ICHEI.” The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation.
With the signing of the agreement between ICHEI and GTA, it marks that ICHEI will provide a complete set of ICT solutions for higher education for partner universities in developing countries in Asia and Africa. On the basis of the existing hardware and software, the cooperation with curriculum resources and teacher training in GTA will greatly promote the landing of the new online learning model in cooperative universities.
